  • Ended well but not a compelling ride there

I liked season one. I liked how season 2 ended. But. Season 2 was a mess. So sad.
  • Season 1 was the best, Season 2 is not!

I loved the first season so much, it was brilliant in every respect. The second season started a little off for me, and it has gotten progressively worse to the point where half way through I'm not sure I'll finish watching. What are they doing? They wrapped it up so well in season one. There are so many shaky story lines to season 2, new shallow characters, twists with great characters from season 1 that are illogical,.. Feels like they took something brilliant and just had to mess with it to keep it going. A shame.
  • Best ending ever!

I said this about season 1 too, but they are both really great. Love the actors.
  • Best T.V. Show

A must watch for the character development and plot lines. I realize t.v. is rapidly devolving into an abyss of stupidity and cheap humor. For this reason I urge viewers who crave true drama, fine acting, and characters who display strength alongside their faults, to watch and support this show.

Broadchurch is a standout British mystery series. I purchased the pilot episode and was quickly addicted. The storyline grabs you from the beginning, and as the show progresses from scene-to-scene you wonder what will happen next! The performances delivered by Tennant, Coleman, Jean-Baptise and Rampling are absolutely superb; and the cinematography is the best I have seen in a TV series. This show deserves to be a hit!

After the first season, which I found very difficult to not watch all in one day, I couldnt imagine where a Season 2 would go. I was so excited to see the direction it took, and I love it! I recommend this to everyone I know, and not 1 person has given anything but positive feedback. Amazing! And the American version is aweful! They should have kept ALL the same cast! But ofc that would have just been the original! LOL!
  • Love it

This show is addictive and will draw you in from the start! It is literature on film! After watching each episode you will need to pinch yourself back to reality, because the actors’ portrayals are so convincing. It is one of the best shows out there!
